comet24 you have won, please expect an email. Not always unlucky #1 Smile

I don’t read much, I’ll openly admit that

However someone I do and is of my favorite authors, Chris Offutt (whom I know personally. I met Chris while we both lived in Montana) has just published a new book. Country Dark

Winner will have a copy sent to them

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Offutt

Let’s run the karma until 4/1 or until interest wanes(my decision on that aspect)

Requirements...

If you don’t like to read, don’t enter

Member as of today
Email in profile
Provide a brief review post after reading, within 30 days of delivery

Karmanator decides winner 4/1 or before

Update..

Winner will be chosen Thursday 3/29

I would love to have a chance at this book — thanks! I read and really enjoyed his recent memoir about familial struggles and sleaze paperbacks, MY FATHER, THE PORNOGRAPHER. This new work sounds like a wonderful rural noir, which is a favorite niche genre of mine; if his fiction is half as entertaining as his non-fiction, this one should be a winner.

I’m a reader. In looking at the Amazon page, it sounds like it would be a good read.

Thanks for the chance.
