'scientists' opinions on anything change as often as some people change their underwear. It may depend on who's paying them grant money.

c1steveI work in healthcare, and of those that have difficult, debilitating diseases such as Parkinson's, 30% are vegetarians.
However much of the problem appears to be from a too large carbohydrate intake.

crue-dellAll i know is I sure feel better, physically and mentally and drop bodyfat when I eat more meat. The majority of meat I eat is beef and I have zero negative markers on my annual assessment. If you look into most of the studies that favor more plant based diet, such as Harvard, Minnesota University and the Cleveland Clinic, you'll notice there heavily funded by big food and/or the researchers are vegan. Totally unreliable sources. We've been lied to for decades.
