Looking to the collective for help on this one. I need a dog ramp, or steps, that will fit the rear doors of a Jeep Gladiator. The rear door opening is pretty narrow and I'm not having any luck in my search for a compatible device. I'm hoping someone here has already solved the problem and can tell me what brand worked for them!

I'm not sure how much room the rear doors of a Jeep Gladiator give you but the below folding 5 step works with the rear door on my F-150 Crew Cab. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJ...ed_asin_title_2&th=1 'veritas non verba magistri'

This what I bought back in 2020: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R..._pop_dt_b_asin_title Integrity is doing the right thing, even when nobody is looking.

Chug purchased a hatchback s.u.v. for hauling his dog around. He couldn't find a ramp that fit the back seat of his jeep. Now the dog grows in through the hatch of the Subaru. And the ramp slides in so long the side wall. Safety, Situational Awareness and proficiency. Neck Ties, Hats and ammo brass, Never ,ever touch'em w/o asking first

When my last dog (RIP) was getting too old to jump up onto the tailgate, I built my own. A couple of 2x4s, some scrap plywood, and some 1X2s. Worked for him. ________________________________________________________ It is long past time for a Convention of States. I suggest evaluating the dog willingness to use a ramp first. My very athletic lab and my very gregarious golden were stymied by a ramp. Even wide and carpeted. Not willing to use the ramp even with treats strewn along it. ------- Trying to simplify my life...

This. Dogs are already familiar with navigating steps however ramps take some training before they'll be successful. I purchased this Four Step Folding Stairs for use with my 2017 RAM 1500 and my Golden took right to it. It fits well in the opening of my passenger side door. __________________ Member NRA Member NYSRPA

My GSD had that problem when she got older. I got a ramp for her to get into the truck but she was confused by it. I'd be patting the ramp and saying "C'mon, up you go!" She was like "Yeah I'd love to, but that thing is in the way!" So I laid it out flat on the ground and walked her across the length of it a couple of times. It was like the light bulb came on over her head. "Oh hey, I can walk on this!" After that she trotted right on up the thing, no problem.

What ever happened to a length of 2x8 with 2x2 or lath strips screwed across? Maybe fancy it up with some carpet samples or old rubber mat.
