After the discussion a couple years or so ago about air purifiers,i bit the bullet and purchased one. Recently, the lights on the touch panel started going bad. I believe it is out of warranty, but contacted them by email with the issue. Sure enough, they sent an ai reply talking about how to adjust brightness. I replied that wasnt the issue, just seeing if parts were available. To my surprise, a human entered the chat. Asked for a pic and exact issue. They looked my order up and said we will send a new one

Missed the end on my post. 3days and i have a brand new unit. Beyond impressed!
