Latest Windows 10 upgrade?
Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909.

Should I download, and install this on my ten day old computer?

My circa late 2013 Dell Precision M6800 laptop is running just fine with Windows 10 and all the latest updates and firmware upgrades. You should be fine...

I did it with no problems but I'm running a Surface and a Lenovo laptop. Zero problems.

1909 has been fine at our company. Much better than 1903 or 1809. From what we saw, it was much more of a traditional service pack with mostly fixes rather than new features.

I love/hate to bitch about every single major update but this last one was smooth.

Following the board's advise, I've been keeping a couple of Linux distros in my oldest computers.

Windows updates are really a must. Most things are related to security and performance and not so much new goodies. Do the updates. I've yet to have a W10 update cause any issues.

I know as soon as I said that there will be those that have had problems and I suppose that is possible. But anecdotally a very large percentage of people just do the updates and move along down the line without issues.
