Speaking only for myself, I have a fair amount of experience with VoIP technology and several providers, but the OP specified RingCentral experience, and their high pricing and "you gotta buy everything from us" marketing strategy has kept me away from their line so I'm not sure how I could help. If the OP wants to talk VoIP generically, and/or consider other options, I'm happy to be contacted.

They are expensive, but the stuff works OK.

Lots of choices in that market.

Your question was very specialized and has nothing to do with "stumping" anybody.

What I am looking for is someone I can pay to set up the programing of my phone system. I simply do not have the time to spend hours and hours on the phone with customer service.

I guess then it would be helpful to any potential providers of this service to know where you are located...
