For the record her neck doesn't make her look good or bad in my opinion. It's just pretty remarkable how different two people are put together. For whatever reason it just stands out dramatically when they are sitting side by side. You sensitive Sally's need to relax a bit.

Some people do. Look at Ivanka Trump, for example. Tastes differ, but that woman is about a hot as they come, in my view. She has a long, slender neck. Many fashion models likewise have long, slender necks.
Unlike other physical attributes (fat, ugly [in the eye of the beholder], big honkin' nose, whatever), it's not necessarily a plus or a minus. Like freckles. "Wow, will ya look at those freckles." Well...
The rule, as I understand it is we don't judge an individual's character based on their physical appearance. E.g.: If you disagree with Gov. Christie's actions as a public official: Fine. But leave his physical appearance out of it, as that has no bearing on the performance of his job.
