I *do not* need the help of off duty LE officers in Texas in order to stay alive. (Updated on page 6)

rh, are you a diabetic as someone pointed out earlier that you show signs of suffering from it?
Have you ever been tested for diabeties? For pure curiosity, how old are you ?

Alex, I'll take "Things you NEVER thought you'd ever read on SIGForum", for $1000.
How many times should we suggest that the OP is crazy or on drugs before we think that he gets the point? I do believe we passed that marker a few pages back in this thread.

I'll say this. I'm about as much a jackass as you're likely to find on this forum at times. After trading a few emails with rh, I'm not mocking the guy. I hope he gets the treatment he needs.

And I can agree with CPD SIG. Unless there is an irrefutable need to disclose, I would not do it.
If OP decides to do so, it would reflect highly of him. But I still don't see a need.

I was dying, and I knew that. Surgery was refused twice as it was feared that surgery would kill me. All of the documentation about what happened to me is in the room, with some being digitized and encrypted. I wanted someone that I could trust to insure that information did not die with me. That is why my confused mind correctly wanted off duty LE. If there was going to be an investigation of my death, the investigation would be much simplified if I explained it in advance. (There is only police officer here. I didn't think of him at first since this is not a speed trap town, and I've never even seen him.)
I found the right surgeon. The surgery was difficult, but the surgeon removed the long diseased gallbladder. I see no reason to post a copy of the puzzled patholgist's findings and speculations about my former gallbladder and current liver. My summary is: I had been suffering bouts of a life threatening condition which can cause mental confusion, which I repeatedly reported and is documented. This began in 2005. The liver biopsy was just as I expected, although the pathologist understandably could not figure what caused that hepatocellular (liver) damage whereas I already knew.
I would like to reply to some of the posts on this topic at a later time. I am a securities trader and financial markets have exploded with predicted volatility. Protecting myself and family is now my focus. I just want it to be established that I am not "off my meds" nor on "drugs" that were not lawfully prescribed.
To former friend I described what I went through for over a decade as "It feels like Alien baby is inside my guts." For fun, if they had just given him Valium, Ativan, Klonopin, and Xanax, he would have been "Calm but apprehensive, and apparently sedated." (3rd of 4th emergency visit in Texas)

rh, Glad to read things are looking up. That and the brief but understandable comment about mental confusion.

I'm really glad that you are getting a handle on this. Your post today leads me to believe you are on your way to normalcy.

I am likely headed back to the left side of Washington, which contradicts normalcy.
A neurologist in Seattle has taken an interest in how those nerve conduction studies of my legs just went missing. The missing EMGs were performed in 2016, but should have been performed in 2006.

First, thank you for asking.
I am much better now that the "Alien baby" was removed from me. The good surgeon with a face displaying a "constant perplexed grimace" said it would take 4 more weeks for internal healing to complete. I stress tested with a large pepperoni pizza followed by foot long Subway sandwich a bit too early. The surgeon was right.
My guts should be OK now. I am losing use of my fingers though, and I must have my guitars which are on the left side of Washington. Recording my music is more important to me than living long. Texas doctors will not understand this desire, the internist in King County who prolonged my life will understand.
