It seems to be traditional to offer a karma at certain events, including post count milestones. I passed a post count milestone today, and my 87th birthday is coming up in a week and a half, so the winner will be picked on my birthday (January 11).

My offering today is a new, never loaded, never inserted in pistol, SIG-branded magazine for a P220c / P245.

Eligibility requirement: You must post a picture of your P220c or P245 pistol. A photo of your pistol, not a "stock" photo. Entries without a photo will not be considered. If you do not know how to post a photo on SIGforum, check this:

How To Post A Photo On SIGforum

If you do not have a photo hosting site, PostImages.org is free and easy to use.

Winner must have a current email address in his / her profile, or contact me within 24 hours of the time that I post the winner.

Good luck, and Happy New Year!

I have a P220, is that somehow different from a P220-C?

If eligible, I'm in, and Thanks!

Sorry, Paul, it won't work. The P220 is full size, the P220c is a compact model that takes shorter magazines. A P220 magazine will work in a P220c or P245, it will stick out from the bottom of the grip, but the magazine that I'm giving away will not seat all the way in a full size P220.

Sort of like P226 (full size) vs P228 (compact).

I use the compact magazine for better concealment in a belt holster, and the full size magazine for reload, or when carrying my P245 off body, like in a SafePacker.

Please include me, Sir...And congrats on the milestone! Cool

Pictured is my 'KK' German proofed Sig P245, shown in 'range mode' w/ an X-Grip adapter on a full size P220 mag.

Fun Fact(s) - My brother's birthday is January 11th, and I was born EXACTLY 3 1/2 years prior! Wink

Ah. Should've realized that. Good luck to other entrants!

Happy birthday! Thanks for the chance, I'd love to be considered. The compact .45s are my favorite Sigs. I have a P220C and a P245. I carry the P220 daily, and it never hurts to have extra mags!
