I’ve got a couple companies we use from time to time for shipped beef and pork when we want a treat.

I don’t have a source like that for fresh frozen fish and seafood though and sourcing locally has become a challenge. Any recommendations y’all have used with good results?

"Pretty good" is an understatement.

My wife and I agree, this is the best clam chowder we have ever had! If you are in the southeast, no need to mail order, Publix carries it.

We like to accompany it with a take-and-bake baguette from Aldi. Eight minutes or so in the oven, and Bob's your uncle.

Haven't tried them personally yet, but given your location, shipping times should be relatively quick: Joe Pattis Seafood

Great thread. Avoids the grocery store. And to my office door! Ok who is the shipper for this stuff. With the panic demic this is a godsend. I love seafood and all the restaurants that serve the good stuff are long lines curbside. Wow I can eat like a King. T

The upside of all of this is I now have forced time off from my small business and I can pay for it. My Godsend was as OKGENE mentioned DEPRESSION ERA PARENTS.

I lived in Alaska for 5 years and these were the 2 businesses I used to send Alaskan seafood to family & friends.

Salmon & Halibut - Favco. They're in Anchorage (i.e. where I used to live). Rave reviews on the salmon and halibut. They were also the supplier of seafood for the man camp we had on the North Slope for our oil & gas construction. They sell other fish and seafood, but halibut and salmon is the only thing I've used them for. They're phone order only.

King Crab - Peninsula Seafood / Great Alaska Seafood. They're down in Soldotna, Alaska (Kenai Peninsula). Their 2nd largest (i.e. Colossal King Crab Legs) are enormous. I sent this to my SIL and she sent back a picture of the claw concealing her face and the leg went to her waist. They sell other fish and seafood, but king crab is the only thing I've used them for. You can order on-line but I've only ordered over the phone.

One thing I really miss from my Alaska days are the Prince William Sound shrimp. They're coldwater and sweeter than any shrimp I've had elsewhere.

This was an EXCELLENT suggestion. For anyone in the southeast I highly recommend you check out their website. The prices are incredibly reasonable, even after you add in the cost of a cooler in the shipping. I’ll be using them many times again.
