OldChimneyVoice Recognition Software
I broke my wrist and typing is a chore. Any thoughts on voice recognition software for W10?

ZSMICHAELNot used it on Windows 10. Have used Dragon and other programs. Still needs work. I would not use it for anything important. It has to learn your voice and often makes humorous mistakes.

sjtillLast time I looked Dragon was the top choice for professional voice-to-text transcription, but I’m a Mac guy.

just1tymIn the past when I used Windows on PC, I installed the Dragon Naturally Speaking software and it recommended sitting and reading from a textbook early on to key in on nuances of speech. I did follow this direction and it did correct many of the small mistakes. I found that as time went on using the software it was very proficient and I used it for many college course paperwork. Saved a lot of time, but it wasn't perfect as ZMICHAEL points out, but it was acceptable and got better over time. I'd certainly recommend it.
