Expanding the business:

SAO PAULO — Czech firearms and ammunition producer Colt CZ plans to buy competitor Sellier & Bellot for $350 million, the former announced Monday.

Pending “regulatory approval in various countries,” Colt CZ is expected to finalize the deal in the first half of 2024, according to the news release.

Interesting, coming shortly after the announcement that a big group of other major ammo companies were being bought by another Czech company: CSG (who already owned Fiocchi and just bought Federal/CCI/Speer/Remington from Vista).

Sellier & Bellot is a go to for range ammo, hope the quality control remains high.
