OSHA has a process they are legally bound by to make new rules. This process takes time for public comment and other aspects of the rule making process.

This will be in front of SCOTUS within weeks to a month.

I have already told my employer that if they bow to pressure by OSHA, I am out. There are probably another 100 in a office of 200 that will walk. It would destroy the company and the lives of those who remain (the kind that got the vaccine and/or think it should be mandated).

I put my preparations on pause about 4 months ago. Tonight I am packing mags that I have depleted and getting my gear all situated. This is the hill I am willing to die on, as are many of you.

During the riots last summer it was absolutely clear that instigators were trying to get the police to respond with gunfire and then claim a "Kent State" event. The uniformed Secret Service guarding the White House with riot shields were pummeled with frozen water bottles and bricks, and fireworks were used deliberately to try to spook them into opening fire thinking they were being shot at. They didn't take the bait and remained professional even as they got injured and had to get treatment and replaced on the line by another.

A violent mob trying to forcibly breach the White House that burnt down a nearby church was not an attempted insurrection? It was not an attempted coup? The Secret Service were concerned enough about a potential breach to order President Trump to the bunker. The leftist media said he was a coward, which is asinine. The Secret Service's job is to protect the President at all costs, with their lives, and without regard to collateral damage if it comes down to that. The Suburban with the pop-up Minigun makes that pretty clear to me.

Is this what is happening now? Push non-leftists hard enough that they fight back with violence so that the commies can further paint half the country as domestic terrorists and justify their plan to marginalize the entire Republican Party and move to single party rule?

I don't give them credit for being smart enough or calculating enough to actually do this on purpose.

But I do think that an armed retaliation of any sort will be met with overwhelming Federal force (well, as overwhelming as they can get with their woke LE and military) and used to justify martial law and a crackdown of all "suspected domestic terrorists", censorship of all conservative media, etc. The, either those that planned to continue retaliation will stand down and meekly give up, like the Jan 6th rioters leaving the Capital after Ashley Babbit was shot, or it will become all out rebellion.

Look at the 25K troops and miles of fence and razor wire in DC after January 6th. Yet we couldn't send even 25K troops to Afghanistan to ensure every American was evacuated. An actual armed retaliation will result in 100x the response compared to January 6th.

Probably just desperate politics to shift the conversation from the debacle in Afghanistan. Yep, it's desperation time for old 'shit in the pants' Joe. The worst that can happen is his dementia induced tyranny will be ruled Unconstitutional. Meanwhile, the terrified cuckolds that elected this embarrassment will think ol' Joe is really hitting his stride. Guys polling is in a death spiral.
