When will the coronavirus arrive in the US? (Disease: COVID-19; Virus: SARS-CoV-2)

I’d get a lawyer and sue. Doesn’t that violate HIPPA?

Yet I wonder how it would go for that same employer asking an employee if they had aids, or maybe herpes. How fast do you think that lawsuit would be filed?

I'll be that guy. It's "HIPAA," not "HIPPA."

If the employee is a minority lesbian, so fast there’d be a sonic boom.

The Oregon legislature passed a bill in 2019 (how convenient) that did away with exemptions from vaccinations for religious reasons.
OANN has an article that CA is now requiring all school staff to be vaccinated or tested weekly.
If the vaccinated can catch the flu and/or transmit, why shouldn’t they also be subject to weekly testing?

The 1968 Civil Rights Law is a federal law. You may have to be prepared to fight it out in court.
A state can not invalidate any section. If this were true states could mandate only certain races could be employed.
Read the actual law the legislature passed and see if it includes all people or only school aged children.
House Bill 3063 Removes ability of parent to decline required immunizations against restrictable diseases on behalf of child for reason other than child's indicated medical diagnosis.
I am not lawyer but this appears to pertain only to school children.
Also did this pass the Senate and was it signed into law?
Just because the house passed it does not mean it made it all the way through.
It might be worth the money to get a consultation from an employment attorney in your state. If there are a group of people where you work who are opposed to the vaccine on religious grounds they could all chip in to find out exactly what the laws are in your state.

UPS is requiring the jab now too.

Looks like Lambda is contagious even when the host isn't?
Serious question: what's the in-patient protocol for the virus now? As a vascular rather than respiratory disease, what is standard protocol? And does it include things like ivermectin or it is still out? Do other things like heparin help or orthogonal? Or is it primarily just feeding O2?
