If the Feds in the DOJ don't get him, the states attorneys are going after him...

Unfortunately he will rely on what the left is saying is wrong about ICE, in re Nagle, his actions as part of the Federal Government are not prosecutable since he was a Federal Agent. Despite he wasn't law enforcement he was a Federal Agent due to his office. A State prosecution is not possible.

It sounds harsh, but march him out and hang him. Guilty or not (guilty), it will serve as a deterrent for the next psychopath.

Even Fauci deserves a fair trial first... including the opportunity to rebut, or cross-examine, the evidence against him.
What he doesn't deserve is a preemptive pardon, especially one from a man without the physical or mental capacity to know and understand what he was doing.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Trump has stated he won't be trying to void the autopen pardons. Probably it is a smart move long term so that pardons don't start being routinely challenged on every imaginable technicality.

It sucks that Fauci will skate on federal charges.

Dr. Deborah Birx — the very same White House COVID Task Force coordinator who pushed the lockdowns — just SPILLED THE BEANS.

She finally admitted what millions of us knew all along:

Blue states “OVERCLOSED” during the pandemic… for pure political reasons.

Her own words:
“It was a presidential election year. It was really important for blue states to show that they were taking this very seriously, and they overclosed.”
POLITICS OVER SCIENCE.
POLITICS OVER YOUR KIDS.
POLITICS OVER SMALL BUSINESSES.
POLITICS OVER MENTAL HEALTH.

They locked children out of school, destroyed livelihoods, and crushed families… all to score points in an election.

She said it. Out loud. On the record.

The truth is out. The cover-up is crumbling.

Too little too late Debbie.

She's trying to cover her ass. She was in on the whole thing clear up to her neckerchief.

It doesn’t sound harsh. It sounds insipid. Nothing like that will ever happen in this country again.
Well oops!! I suppose it could if the communists take control.

I'm sorry, but the time for niceties is over IMO. This man IS responsible for the deaths of MILLIONS of people and he reveled in it. He is the very definition of evil.

Just look into his eyes. Look at them.

String him up...after a fair trial...lasting no more than a few hours.

Gustofer, we get it. You want him to be hanged. Three times is sufficient.

I guess this is one of those “be careful what you wish for” things. Fauchi might be highly deserving of cruel, unusual, creative, painful, and drawn out punishment that results in him wishing to be dead for a while before he gets that way. However, if we became a country where he could receive what he so richly deserves, I doubt any of us would be happy with what that would mean for everyone else going forward.

If he could actually receive real punishment through the judicial system, I’d be satisfied with that. I’m not sure that is likely, but I don’t have a crystal ball so I’ll wait to see what (if anything) happens.
