If there is a lot of bleeding most First Responders I have talked to are of the opinion there are never enough 4x4s. I might up your count on those.

Not really. You're not going to be treating stuff like hypothermia, frostbite, sunburn, or heat exhaustion with the contents of a true IFAK. An IFAK is a small trauma kit for treating life-threatening massive bleeding (and sometimes a small amount of additional "boo boo gear" for more basic issues if the space allows), not a large full-blown medical kit for treatment of a wide variety of medical issues.
