Couple weeks ago I purchased a new mixing board.. Presonus Studio Live iii 24. Coming from an analog board (PreSonus AR12) I'm still figuring stuff out. I'm no musician, lots of my friends are so I took the production route to contribute. As a newb, all I can say is this thing is amazing!!

A couple days ago I received one of the Black Friday emails... scrolling through I saw the mixers so I opened it to see the exact same board I had just purchased was listed at $600 less..not an insignificant number at all. I thought to myself, what do I have to loose so I emailed my sales advisor asking if there was anything he could assist with since I had just purchased. I was not asking for a cash refund, I was hoping for a little credit for future purchases.

I received an email back today... not only did they adjust the cost.. they gave me the option of credit or a refund to my credit card. Since the purchase wa already paid for I opted for the in-house credit

Many are quick to complain.. once again here is an example of a company who took care of a customer. I've by no means bought tens of thousand worth of equipment over the years, probably less than 1k prior to this last purchase

Thanks to another stand up company!!

I have bought a lot of equipment from them over the years. They have always been good to deal with. They just went above and beyond for you. Great folks.

They discount if you ask too, especially if others price lower. Free candy is a sweet bonus. It doesn’t hurt that I can buy a guitar and have it the next day.

My wife uses them for all her mountain dulcimer supplies, etc. They always follow up orders with a very polite phone call to make sure it was received and correct. Great outfit do to business with.

They are about 30 minutes down the road from me, and while I'm not musical in any way (I play the radio), I have many friends who are, and know several folks who work there. Everyone I know who works there or does business with them speaks very highly of the place. I have seen them add to the facility in recent years, so good business practices must be paying off.

You'll get regular 'happy calls' from a dedicated sales advisor. Dedicated to the company, but I mean the same person every time. They love it when you order a few packs of strings or mull over your next purchase.

I have never met my sales associate in person, but I think of him as my friend. We talk with some regularity, and not just about guitars and the like. We know about each others family and talk about the kids and travel, live music etc.

I ask for Dustin when I call Sweetwater. I have purchased guitars, strings, Yukes from them. Service is second to none. They package the guitars so well even UPS can't damage them. This week I am waiting for their guitar looper to go on sale.

I bought a guitar, after I got divorced this past Spring. It had been over 50 years since I had taken lessons. Since then I have purchsed about $1,000.00 worth of other instruments, Reaper DAW software and a Yamaha audio mixer.

I greatly appreciate good customer service and will definitely check out Sweetwater!
