Is something happening in Phoenix, AZ that would cause delivery delays?

I placed an order over the weekend and received this today:

Your shipment has potentially been delayed due to emergency or other conditions at 12:59 am on April 2, 2019 in PHOENIX, AZ 85043.

I checked the news but didn't see anything. Is something happening?

There were a lot of commercial flight cancellations yesterday, across multiple airlines, due to some software issue. I heard it had something to due with the final weight and balance calculations that are done before take off but not sure if that's accurate.

We have a little storage unit in Gilbert for the stuff for our rental houses here.
On Sunday the little parking lot was full for a couple of hours, we decided it was snowbirds packing up.

There are some gas issues here too. I think a lot of Fry's gas stations can't get fuel deliveries and I've seen it at a bunch of Circle Ks too.
