| Done on both. I have a 20 year old Tag Heuer SEL that needed a battery change and one of the links was broken. However, I live in Georgia. Quite a ways from California. However I had heard of his care and attentiveness to customers' property and no matter what it is, treats it as his own. I sent him the watch with my spare link I had, he replaced the battery, seal, repaired the link and then polished the watch to where it looked BRAND NEW once again! Within days it arrived to my surprise better than I sent it to him! 5 stars Mr. Truong! You earned it!
