This. I have had both. Both great. Got the Sienna the second time because of the AWD availability. In fact, finally sold it Friday.

Get my pies outta the oven! |
Update: we decided on an Odyssey. Will pick it up this Thursday at local Honda dealership. 2017 Honda certified pre-owned. Loaded with Nav, DVD entertainment system, power sliding doors, alloy wheels etc. 29,000 miles. Was a lease just turned in by an older couple and it looks like it’s in great shape. Also a non typical maroon color for Honda, seems like every Odyssey out there is either black, white or gray: I had the chance last week to test drive a Sienna and an Odyssey right after each other, and after driving the Sienna and then driving the Odyssey, the Toyota felt more like a truck to me, while the Honda was more car-like which I really liked.

Wandering, but not lost...I think |
Congrats on the new-to-you vehicle.
Easily solved with some Dynamat or other sound-deadening material on the door panels. It seems expensive, but a little goes a long way. If you’re not keen on doing it yourself, the local car audio store can do it for you.

Savor the limelight |
That's a field trip machine right there. Six car seats and two adults. More space behind the third row than a Nissan Armada. A full Sam's Club cart fits in the back and does not come above the bottom of the tailgate. No need to worry about the kids banging the doors into the cars next to you either. Surprisingly decent fuel economy as well.

Congrats on the Ody. The J35 V6 is a timing belt, interference engine. So, if you're still running it in 80k miles, it'll need a timing belt & water pump (@105k miles). My wife would rather walk than have a minivan. She fully understands/sees the utility, but would never drive one. The Enemy's gate is down.

Well, minivans are as pedestrian as vehicle can get.
