I should've specified a 6345DO, which is a level-1+ or, level-2 retention depending on which reference.

Irregardless, OP how do you plan on carrying?

Thanks guys, I would say owb. More winter carry. I would prefer not to pay in excess of $150 though.

Do---or do not.

Safariland 6378 paddle holster is my OWB choice for my P320. I'm sure the belt loop version works equally well.

With active retention Safariland 6378 or similar pattern 63xx ALS holster.

Passive retention would be the Trex Ironside. Or if you want a war belt type holster the Trex Ragnarok.

I use all three almost weekly. They hold up really well.

When I left the task force I was on, I went back to a more gentlemanly assignment that requires being clean shaven, shirts tucked in, etc. that was last September. I’ve carried an Ironside and matching mag pouch every day since. I’ve even been lazy and worn it on tactical work instead of wearing a gun belt. It’s held up great despite being banged on stuff and abused.

I lost a screw to one of the mag pouches so I looked on the website and they were out of stock. I contacted Trex and asked when the screws would be back in stock and they volunteered to send me new hardware for free. Can’t beat that.

how are the belt loops? If wearing a good leather belt is it pretty easy to thread on and out. Some are a real pain and permanently crease the belt badly. Kind of the nature of the beast so to speak.

Oh yeah, super easy. I wear a 1 3/4 Nex Belt and it goes on and off easily.

I don’t wear a leather belt but about one day a week generally and haven’t noticed anything.

I like the Ironside as well. I have also been surprised by the Raven Concealment Perun. Rides really close to the body.

So I ended up ordering from T. Rex. Got the Iron side. I also ordered a Nova belt.
The holster is good. I have worn for a couple of days with out issue. For the money it is a solid, good unit.
I decided I needed a new belt. Bought a Nova. Have not had a chance to really use it. I thought is was a bit on the expensive side at $70. But went with it anyways.
I my initial take on it is it is that it would be a good $50 belt. I think a Wilderness 5 stitch is a better belt for the $. But we'll see.

Thanks jljones for the recommendation.

Thanks to all who made recommendations
