It is amazing the authorities had several bags that size ready, deployed that many fire and police personnel, and shut down the freeway. It looked like a movie set.

I wouldn't want to be one of the LEOs that had to tumble around on that bag trying to get the guy cuffed. Whatever they get paid, it isn't enough.
