This doesn't address Clinton's personal servers being used for official govt. documents as well as classified documents. Her personal servers are not considered SCIF certified and it would be illegal for her to transmit or access classified materials on any personal server.

You just keep on chipping away, closing off avenues of perhaps plausible but misdirected information, trapping the subject in little errors of incorrect information, verifying details, taking advantage of new leads. The longer this goes on, the more she will have to explain, all of which will be mutually contradictory, no loopholes to slither out of.

They know she is lying. Now the trap must be carefully laid. This isn't her first rodeo, after all. It will be torture, she knows the exposure and the stakes. By the time the trap is ready, she will be so apprehensive, it will seem like a release to get it over with.

As I have said, and seen, it is sometimes hard to get the wheels of justice turning, and they turn slowly, but once they are turning, it can be awfully hard to get thrm stopped, or diverted.

I hope you're right and this is an intentional and complex trap. My faith in the system has been degraded the past few years.

Of course, the system is designed to punish everyone you think is guilty, only those where the proof is adequate beyond a reasonable doubt.

We have seen some peculiar results, rather disappointing, like when Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress and nothing happened. The DOJ just couldn't muster the fortitude to take that case against its boss, and the Special Prosecutor statute has expired. Same problem, basically, with Lois Lerner.

In many cases, what looks suspicious turns out to be merely suspicious, but not enough evidence of guilt to justify an indictment. Sometimes it is the opposite. You have to have the proof, right, OJ?

Prosecutors hate losing. We all do, but they really hate it. I remember when John Connally was indicted 35-40 years ago, for taking a bribe from the Milk Producers. They had some pretty decent evidence but the witness lacked credibility. Connally, despite his association with LBJ, had a very good reputation as Governor of Texas, Secretary of the Treasury and as a lawyer and director of some large corporations. A great many important character witnesses appeared in his behalf, the evidence was technical and circumstantial, apart from the witness's statement, and he was exonerated.

Careful, methodical, experienced investigative work, the more when it is a big shot defendant, is essential.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

The letter Bama posted certainly gets your attention with the header.

After reading it more closely they are saying there are attachments to the letter that are indeed at the high classification level.

"These emails, attached hereto, have been properly marked ...."

The main body of the letter is unclassified. But it is marked that way because of the attachments.

Many DoD security offices would scrub any unclassified hard drive if documents of much lower classification were found on the machine. This is a pretty big deal.

link to the letter is here:

http://www.grassley.senate.gov...Clinton%20server.pdf

from:
http://www.breitbart.com/big-g...lary-clinton-emails/

seven specific emails are still being reviewed by an inter-governmental agency, led by the FBI, to determine whether or not they are classified.

Two of the emails in question were classified as “Top Secret” by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and could remain classified due to the nature of that classification.

And two other emails have been referred back to the State Department for consideration of their classified status, a government official told Breitbart News exclusively on condition of anonymity.

That means that the State Department still has control over whether or not those two emails will ever be released to the public.

“IC classification officials reviewed two additional emails and judged that they contained classified State Department information when originated,”

Additionally, three more emails could be classified. Two of those emails were classified at the time but are believed to no longer be classified,

One can only hope that the "release" is the sudden snap at the end of a noose following sentencing.
I know that's too much to hope for but I'll settle for "Toe Tag Parole".

I'm thinking Obummer will sacrifice her soon. There is bad blood between them and he wants to leave office with this crap way not even getting close to him.

Just my humble opinion.

He already has. Bernie flipped on the Iran treaty last week. Now he has the support of the WH in addition to the support of the DOJ. BO gets on another Marxist reign (in Bernie he trusts) and the old cow goes out to pasture.

Some of the information was deemed to be classified by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s classification guidelines. The information included references to information related to satellite images and electronic communications

The findings by McCullough stemmed from his office’s review of a sample of 40 of Clinton’s e-mails

sample of 40 and they find 4 classified ?

McCullough also located two e-mails that included classified material from among a separate batch of 296 related to the 2012 attacks on U.S. outposts in Benghazi. One of those e-mails had been publicly released by the State Department, causing consternation within the intelligence community.

adding:
Hillary Rodham Clinton’s attorney has agreed to provide the FBI with the private server that housed her e-mail during her four years as secretary of state, Clinton’s presidential campaign said Tuesday.

Even though Clinton says her drive was scrubbed, it depends on how good a scrubbing it got. If the FBI really wants to dig, they might find a lot on the drive

And that is 40 of the hand picked emails that Hillary had screened, imagine if they had access to all of the emails she actually sent (which will never happen because the server was wiped long ago).

I have a question for the IT guru's on the board...

As I understand it, a server can never be completely wiped and there are ways for experts to uncover what was there.

Is this correct and does the FBI have that capability?

If it is scrubbed, why aren't the one or two already found the evidence of a crime she committed? She doesn't have to be guilty of high treason. Ask David Petraeus.

Messing with classified material used to be a very serious matter, lives and careers ruined over the most trivial informality. David Eisenhower caught some grief over destroying some material early, then misreporting it. No breach of security involved, merely a lapse in following instructions to the "T."

Well, Obama chose Hillary for Secretary of State just to keep her out of the Country so she wouldn't be a thorn in his ass for years.

It appears shill is not in good graces with the powers that be. Likely she will go away quietly and not spill any beans of retribution, if she has any. She may have been kept sufficiently out of the loop to prevent revenge, or she knows the consequences of any revenge are dire.

According to Fox, Clinton has told aides to give the servers themselves to investigators.

I bet this is what investigators receive.

They don't have to unleash the dogs, just not call them off as might be expected.

I had a hideous thought driving back this morning. This is being done to prop up Joe the Dumber. Joe is even older than Hillary. Uhh, might it be, sorry, Kerry?

Either Biden or Kerry would be a football in the White House - whoever gets to the ball first and runs with it is in charge. Hillary would be a hand grenade - whoever gets to her first can destroy anyone by using her, which ultimately makes her much less useful to would-be powers behind the throne.

All things are possible.
