I personally signed the NDA for SCI access back in a previous life. If this was anyone else, the FBI would have kicked her door down when this story first came to light and drug her out of the house in cuffs.

One other point, how many of her staff and lawyers had the necessary clearances to review or possess the emails?

I would hazard a guess that some may have but when it comes to TS/SCI Information, not very many.
You can imagine a serious problem State is having finding someone to review the email dump Clinton made.
Where do they find people to read the stuff who are cleared and who would recognize classified information with the document headers removed. Do you pass the 30,000 around the Intell community to see whether anyone recognizes anything?

If some clerk reads a TS/SCI document and is not properly cleared or in an SCIF space, do you shoot him/her?

the video bigdeal posted will probably go in the Republican box of future attack ads.

If the body count of classified emails keeps going up, Americans will see that a lot.

Most likely the clerk would be debriefed, then the person who allowed the clerk access would be punished.

She doesn't have Bill's ability to lie, let you know that he knows you know he's lying, and admire him for how well he does it....

Her delivery sucks.

Hillary told a lame joke about opening a SnapChat account, where her messages, she said, would disappear all by themselves.

"You may have seen that I recently launched a Snapchat account. I love it. I love it. Those messages disappear all by themselves," Clinton said at the democratic Wing Ding Dinner in Iowa.

But Clinton has gotten some less than friendly attention over that joke.
"Do you believe that [the inquiry into your emails] is a laughing matter?" a CNN reporter asked.

"Is that funny?,' a Fox reporter asked.

"Ya know, I don't even think Hillary Clinton sounded like it was funny. It sounded like she was asking herself what Snapchat was as she was delivering the line," said Erik Erickson of RedState.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

As I understand it, an OCA ("Original" Classifying Authority) can only assign classifications to documents that did not have one originally--only the original OCA can change it, or someone directed by the President to do so.

Probably so, Jallen, but I think there is something endemic in the Clintons; they are just predatory, amoral individuals completely devoid of ethics, and unable to live up to any standards of accountability. I always thought that sometime after she and Bill Clinton left the WH, that the truth about their malfeasance would begin to leak out--guess they're well insulated.

All that has been apparent for decades and is without doubt. They seem to prefer doing things in nefarious ways. Will Rogers said, "he would lie on credit when he could tell the truth for cash!" and that seems to describe them.

One has to feel slight sense of pity for the people investigating this debacle.

No matter the outcome, they will be berated for doing an unpleasant assignment.

If they determine HRC and crew violated the security/classification rules, HRC supporters will scream "partisan witch hunt" (humor intended).

If they find no wrongdoing, HRC opponents will scream "whitewash."

One can only hope they do their job professionally enough the evidence stands on its own merits and their conclusions are unimpeachable.

But for some reason, I doubt this will happen.

If this were a honest and independent investigation and were the FBI left to do their work as they see fit much more would have already happened. Platte River would have been served a search warrant. Hillary and Huma would have alread given depositions to the FBI.

The FBI is operating under "rules of engagement" make no doubt. Gowdy may be getting hood winked a bit.
The golf outing with Obama and Clinton was not just a round of golf between buddies.
Things are happening behind the scenes most of which are designed to extricate Hillary out of this mess.

300 emails and counting with possible "Top Secret" labels missing that contained "Top Secret" messages. And to think just a little pillow talk to a cleared person got a general fired and convicted. Oh, that's coming. When she testifies before congress, she will have a doctor's note saying her previous head injury prevents her from remembering anything from the time of the Benghazi fiasco.
