According to court filings obtained by Judicial Watch, there are over 400 pages of draft indictments of Hillary in records in the Archives for what is believed to be lying to the FBI in the Whitewater matter.

This did not prevent her election to the Senate, nor confirmation as Secretary of State, and you know that leaks about draft indictments against a Republican would have been fatal.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

No shit. I mean, really, how many times are we going to go over this? She doesn't have to be indicted. The FBI simply needs to make their recommendation and then she's toast.

Some of you guys just can't wait to be miserable.

Slightly off-topic, but have you all noticed the Talking Heads saying how Hillary had been expected to be coronated? "Coronated"? Royalty are not "coronated"--they are "crowned" at a "coronation". Sheesh!

Are these "certificated" Talking Heads, or merely free lancers winging it?

I had Charles Krauthammer on the airplane the other day. Nice guy. He travels with a assistant because of his disability. When we got to the destination, he patiently waited in First Class while everyone deplaned and his wheelchair was brought up from the cargo pit. (Patience is classy.). Anyhow, as we were waiting I told him I enjoyed his commentary. He was very gracious and thanked me for a safe trip. My response was "I dont do too bad for a Trump supporter eh?"

His response in his typical fashion and wry grin was "That's OK... It can happen to anybody."

But he got elected twice.
To the majority of the voting populace Hillary's emails are not even a blip on the radar.

Apples and oranges. This isn't one of Hillary's associates or mentors; it's Hillary herself. If the FBI seeks an indictment, she's toast.

And to the voting populace this is nothing different than what every other Secretary of State has done in the past (not that it is the same thing but that is what the average Joe voter thinks).

One would think but the last two Presidential elections proved just how ignorant and out of touch with reality voters are.

In any sane world she would have been toast a long time ago.

I wish I had a better outlook on it and there is a possibility that I am wrong and would much prefer that I am.
But Obama was elected TWICE. Once alright a little faith would have been added. Twice took it all away.

God, give me the strength to make it through this summer and make it to November, when it becomes clear to all.

This is a different time.
For reasons which escape me, people like BHO, Hillary is widely disliked.
Initially people could imagine BHO was going to work miracles, the infamous seas receding and all that BS. Hillary is very much a known quantity and widely thought to be corrupt.

The "youth" turned out in droves for BHO, the youth have abandoned Hillary for Bernie (something like 70% choose Bernie).

Yes there is a core of about 35% who will vote for any Democrat but she has to find a lot more bodies.

Unfortunately for Hillary, she must convince 51% of the electorate to actually go vote for her, any serious scandal will keep some Democrats home and turn off the independents she needs.

She cannot afford an FBI finding that she committed a felony.

I told my wife last week that if I don't live until election day, make sure the God Damned Commies don't put me down absentee to vote for Hillary.

WMAL this morning discussed this. Sounds like the FBI wants to recommend an indictment, but the DoJ is leaking that they will find there was no willful action on Clinton and staff and not prosecute. Plus a nugget that fell out is that the Clinton and staff are fighting the FOIA lawsuits over these emails, and Mills walked out of the FBI interview because she asked about the FOIA case info and didn't want to say anything that those suits can use (meaning they were trying to keep releasable info out of FOIA requests).

It doesn't matter what Obama's corrupt, disgusting, joke of a "Justice" department does.

Does

Not

Matter

Once the FBI reveals the findings of their investigation, she's poison to the Democratic party. Permanently damaged goods.

That should not matter; as any individual on this forum who has been granted access to classified material knows, it doesn't take a willful action to be wrong.

The passive act of failing to properly secure classified material can burn you. Failing to call away a spillage of classified material, repeatedly, demonstrates a disregard for the controls placed upon classified material.

By all rights, she should burn.

But with Lynch in charge, it is still the Department of Just Us. And Hilz is still a protected person until the heat is too much, or Trump becomes President and Zippy & co did nothing to attach jeopardy and get charges dismissed and/or pardoned before 20 Jan 2017.
