See, the Founding Fathers knew there was a reason they included Amendment VIII, particularly the part about no cruel and unusual punishments.

Someone in the media or congress needs to put together a very clear and concise picture of what happened along with a timeline. So many things are swirling around now, it needs to be nailed down.

For example, on these days and these times, these messages that were classified at the time were sent to your private email. Etc.

"what happened along with a timeline"

Except for the TS/SAP emails, they are all available on line (in redacted form)

https://foia.state.gov/Search/...ection=Clinton_Email

Because these are emails, each one has a date/time record, and who sent it, who received it. There are about 26,000 of them available now

These are only the emails that they elected not to delete.

yes. only those that were not deleted.

The State Dept does not have access, never had access, to those.

Hopefully the only people that now have the 30,000 deleted emails are the FBI.

in the menu pages from the virtual reading room, when you click on the subject line, the email downloads to you as a pdf

Funny.... I thought emails sent and received by a Secretary of State are the property of the United States Government, not the individual in office at the time, or the FBI.

well not if your Sec State has her own private server and email system in downtown NY.

and the State Dept employee who maintains it was GS15 Bryan Pagliano who now takes the 5th to the FBI and congress.

other than that, yes.

Well, yeah, the FBI. And that hacker dude who grabbed the entire content of her server and offered to sell it to the FBI last September ( LINK), but eventually just gave it to them. And Mr. Putin. And the Chinese intelligenc operatus. And probably a dozen other people/organizations.

Thanks,

Some things from:

http://www.chicagotribune.com/...-20160202-story.html

Clinton has adjusted her story to accommodate emerging details. Initially she said "no classified material" landed on her server.

Then that none of the material was "classified at the time."

In late January she told NPR no information had been "marked classified."

Clinton's explanation in her 2014 book "Hard Choices" of how lavishly government regs protected the ultra-secret information she handled.

She wrote of warnings from State to leave computers and other devices on her airplane, with their batteries removed, so rival intel operatives couldn't hack them.

She told how she read some information "inside an opaque tent in a hotel room. In less well-equipped settings, we were told to improvise by reading sensitive material with a blanket over our head."

Jan 25:

"I'm happy people are looking at the emails," she added. "Some of them are you know, frankly, a little embarrassing. ..."

You can club her with the truth like Nanook clubbing a baby seal and she'll still wouldn't get it.

So this what our country has been reduced to, fucking carnival coin toss competition for election victories? Our Founding Fathers must be very proud of the way we handled our inheritance.

How fitting the Clinton's involvement, most likely used Bill's double sided coin!

Pray for our Country like never before!

I saw one of the videos...man it made me furious! It makes us look like a third rate shithole. Next thing you know the Dem's will be telling us to dip our fingers in purple ink after we vote so we can feel proud of ourselves...

The question for the FBI is not only who and how many organizations have hacked dear old Hillary's sever, but when and for how long?

The question for the intelligence agencies is how to limit the undoubtedly great damage she has done.

The biggest question is how long the elderly feminists that support Hillary will continue to cover their eyes from this corruption.

I don't know if this has been brought up in the previous 109 pages of this epic thread, but is it possible that hacked/intercepted emails from Hillary's server might have contributed to the attack in Benghazi? Were the bad guys tipped off that our ambassador would be there at a certain time?

At the last telling there was a gap before the Benghazi Attack in Hillary's emails, but not after. Since she was in DC at the time the gap may not mean anything.
On the other hand the Ambassador was also using private emails for some of his transactions.

We used to call this kind of a mess a 'Chinese Fire Drill" but the Chinese are much better organized so that would be unfair.

Per 13 Hours (the book) the residence was under regular surveillance by parties unknown, plus the Ambassador's schedule for that week, and in particular 11 SEPT 2012, was publicly known.

So, even if leaked via the outhouserver run by HRC, local intel was available to the local guys who pulled off the attack.

Certainly someone unfriendly was monitoring the Ambassador's unsecure emails on the ground, at least any rational security system would assume it was monitored.

State Department Security (oxymoron) is, or at least was, a cluster fuck, stating of course at the top.

Is it right for me to assume that nothing has changed and these lunatics still are using unsecure communications? I admit that I am not terribly concerned about Kerry's health, but surely they would shape up now?
