I've owned various bands over the years, but none have felt like they were giving consistent resistance both ways. Are they all that way? Could anyone suggest a better set?

Athlean-X sells some that look different than the tubes, but I wanted to ask before I spent $60. Thanks!

I have some experience with Rogue Echo Resistance bands. They seemed to have worked out well for me.

I've been using braided tubes from SPRI that work well but their inventory is pretty sparse right now.

I've used Pat Mac's and they seem to work well but I have never used anything else. Pat has a different approach to strength training that makes sense to me so I bought his: https://patmcnamara.myshopify....sum-resistance-bands
