Like a dumb-ass I had 2 DirecTV dishes, one at our lakehouse and one at our mountain house. I was just wasting money. When the lake got hardwired I gave up Starlink and the 2nd DirecTV connection, bought ROKU and saved about $300 per month. I consider myself a fairly savvy guy......but perhaps not always. The DirecTV that we get is Colorado local stations (Albuquerque specifically, only 1 Denver station) but we don't watch commercial TV anyway. I haven't looked at the TV news in over 20 years now, cable or local.

As an edit: The Roku remote is freaking awesome. No more hunting for the mute button or volume button in the dark - they're on the side by themselves. Pause is easy to find too. Very intuitive.
