David Hogg says Second Amendment 'intentionally misinterpreted' to protect individual rightsThat boy hasn't learned a damn thing.

An "unalienable right" is one bestowed by God and is not dependent upon sanction by any individual or state.
Note the language of the Second Amendment: "...the right...shall not be infringed."
The Constitution acknowledges that the right of self defense is not granted; it is innate, an unalienable right.
But, you see, David is so much wiser than we old men, because he's had
conversations 
with college professors-
leftist college professors, who embrace the Constitution about as much as an old lady wants to embrace a rattlesnake.

Don't be disdainful of all Harvard lawywers. The court majority that incorporated the 2d into the 14th and confirmed that it recognizes an individual right is all Ivy League, and maybe even all Harvard.
But what does it matter what this mook thinks? The Supremes have spoken, and that majority is still on the Court. He can say they were wrong until he is blue in the face. It is going to take the replacement of several justices or a Constitutional amendment to go backwards on that point.

PASigLeftists all love to latch on the whole militia thing to prove their point about the Second but that doesn’t make any sense if all the rest of them are the rights of the PEOPLE. Why would they put one randomly on there about the rights of the Government (militia)?
