All quiet here as well. Targets for me, weather permitting.

Thus far March has been colder than Feb here. Roll Eyes

Wife will be out of town, it will me, a few boxes of ammo, a couple guns, and some targets.

Normally I would go to the range, but this year I'm shooting a match the day before.

Voted for nice, quiet dinner. But the whole conversation tonight was about infamous pranks we could pull for April Fools.

Passover Seder will be at grandpa's house. Usually about 10-12 people. My mom will try her best to ruin it for everyone in attendance and my uncle will act like a ten year old. There will be as usual yummy food and I am going to try to just enjoy the time with family not being asses.

Easter, I am hoping to go to the club and shoot our three new guns assuming they all make it to the FFL in time.

Why isn't there a church option since Easter is a religious holiday?

Personally, I'm frying/scrambling eggs and going to church, but the rest is still up in the air so far.

Good Friday, we're having a crawfish boil in our cul-d-sac so between the beer and cayenne pepper I might not get my chores done on Saturday. In other words, Sunday I'm likely planting seeds in the garden and applying the 2nd application of fertilizer to the lawn.

We're having a chuckwagon breakfast and sunrise service at church. Probably have some pig ribs from the bbq joint for lunch then go shoot my new used S&W 351PD.

I got nothing. If I didn't have to give my dog shots, I probably wouldn't even get out of bed.

We usually drive almost 6 hours to do Easter with my family. Its much more tropical and Easter feeling than Iowa usually. This year we'll be heading to the in-law's for a bit on Iowa's east coast, a sub-three hour drive for Easter and our niece's birthday.

I was considering a brunch buffet, but the prices were outrageous. So no plans.

IF the next few days reduce the snow pack sufficiently, I'm thinking a box of .22, a case of clay pigeons and my Winchester 75 Target.

At that moment, that would require slogging back and forth to the target berm through shin-deep snow and that gets old VERY quickly.

Plan B is to veg out in the house like every other day lately.

Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Where's the option for working over the holiday?

Going to church for the Mass of the Resurrection. Then enjoy the day at home with family. If the weather is good, I plan to smoke a Rib Roast for dinner.

Best regards and Wesołego Alleluja (Happy Easter in Polish),

Mike
