Mods, please feel free to move this. I wanted to post it where it is most visible, and the gun control discussion section doesn't get much traffic. This could affect the majority of us, as law abiding citizens.

What do we know, or can expect, about HR 127 that was recently introduced to Congress on 1/4/21?

I've searched online, but can't find any details.

HR 127: To provide for the licensing of firearm and ammunition possession and the registration of firearms, and to prohibit the possession of certain ammunition.

I apologize now...

Text: H.R.127 — 117th Congress(2021-2022)
All Information (Except Text)

As of 01/11/2021 text has not been received for H.R.127 - To provide for the licensing of firearm and ammunition possession and the registration of firearms, and to prohibit the possession of certain ammunition.

https://www.congress.gov/bill/.../house-bill/127/text

Bills are generally sent to the Library of Congress from GPO, the Government Publishing Office, a day or two after they are introduced on the floor of the House or Senate. Delays can occur when there are a large number of bills to prepare or when a very large bill has to be printed.
