But, even so, the whole point is that today's valuable stocks didn't cost much back then. What 18 year old couldn't scrounge together $200 in 1999 equivalent money? (I use equivalent because when some of you guys are waaaaay old.)

Bitcoins cost $0.0008 when they were first introduced. Rounded up to 1/10 of a penny, $20 would have bought you about 20,000 bitcoins. Bitcoins currently sell for $11,000 each.

So, $20 worth of Bitcoin at the start would be worth $220,000,000. More, if you sold at the peak of $19,000 per Bitcoin.
