Second hand information but I was told the “trans shop teacher is a troll. He's been written up by the school for not using pronouns, toxic masculinity, etc. They wanted to fire him so he started with the monster tits. Now they can't fire him because of their own policies and if they do he will sue.”

The real issue is that not one single person in the admin or school board is there protecting the children.

Why is that?

The only logical answer is that they don’t care about the students - they’re only there collecting a paycheck

This was an episode of South Park. Mr. Garrison tries to get fired for being gay, and just keeps doing more and more ridiculous stuff, while everyone just claps and comments how brave he is. The episode is The Death Camp of Tolerance from 2002.
