Does anyone happen to have a direct phone number or email address to a Crimson Trace rep that can help process a warranty issue? I emailed them about a month ago about a product failure and have not received a reply yet. I called their 800 number and it directs customers to email them. I would appreciate any direct contact info anyone has, thank you!

I emailed CT about needing a new battery under the batteries for life program. I received a reply within 24 hours. They checked the information I gave them in reply and received a second email within 24 hours advising me that I would be receiving another battery within several weeks. I suggest trying another email as that is the only way they are communicating as you noted in the OP.
