Ralph!!! Please call me. I tried to call several months ago to see how you are doing. You might not have heard me well and hung up. I tried again about 2 months ago. I will send an email with my number.

I worked with John Pierce here in VA to set up our trust a few years ago.
I was fast, reasonably priced an passed the sniff test of the ATF with no issues.

Sorry if this has been hashed over. I own multiple NFA items. Suppressors and SBR/SBS form 1 and form 4. All bought individually.

If I create a trust so it makes it easier for my wife cannibalism add my 18 year old son as a responsible person or does he need to be 21 ?

If I want to put everything I own into the nee trust is it a Fee per item ? J assume since tax stamps are waived no fees currently ? Can I still be in posession while the name is being transferred over ?

It's been a week now that I have been trying to contact HeavyD Roll Eyes

I've tried using the contact form on his website, and I've tried using the email address in his profile here.

I guess I try calling next.

This is ridiculous. I get the guy is very busy. But this is a bit much.

I've used thetrustshop.com for my gun trust. They aare relatively inexpensive, and you can fill out all the ATF forms right there on-line with them, print them, then submit them as .pdf's I believe (I've used Silencer Central and Shop to submit my orders. Plus you can get a 10% discount at C. Shop - can't remember about Central.)

With the trust you can submit amendments, gun lists, etc.

Hello, everyone. Please always feel free to pick up the phone if you need to speak with us. Sometimes emails are blocked or come through as spam. I cannot monitor the forum to see who may be experiencing difficulties. If you cannot reach us by email, please call. We do our very best to return correspondence, but sometimes technical issues get in the way.

Walker77, the only email I have from you is on March 8, which is after your post. We responded to you.

Mossyoak1, I do not have any emails from the email in your profile.

Shout out to heavyd/NFALawyers!

I e-mailed the office late yesterday with several questions regarding my trust from 2020 and my trustees, and I had a response this morning. Then I asked some follow-up questions and received another reply within a couple hours.

I appreciate the patient, courteous, and thorough guidance I received from the NFA Lawyers team. Dean, please pass my thanks to Jennifer!
