Does anyone know if it’s possible to import a handgun from Sig.de ? I’m really jonesing for another X5 Tactical....and I don’t mean a 320 X5 either.

Yes, it is possible. There are a couple importers who handle this and a few forum members who have gone through the process. It has been discussed in previous threads.

I know of a couple of companies bringing in German SIG Mastershop guns now, MMB Imports and Armory Craft. If you look up SIG X5s on GB you'll see a slew of X guns MMB has listed. The owner of Armory Craft is a forum member (BullBarrel) and he's also bringing in bunches of X guns. Either of them can probably get you an X5 Tactical.
