nukeandpaveTwo Wandering Idiots: Bernie and Chuckie want to restrict companies ability to buy back stock and issue dividends.

sourdough44Sanders and Cortez are totally unhinged. Hopefully they stay around the margins.
Cortez has some grand plan to waste trillions on a major ‘climate change’. I’ll bet her plan entails the USA spending the $$ while the economies of India, China, Mexico and others march forward. Obummer did the same thing, saddled the USA with restrictions giving other countries favorable manufacturing environments.
I think the average citizen & voter is getting dumber with time, just like the movie ‘Idiocrocy’.

PrefontaineI'm so tired of Sanders and his free shit ramblings. Yeah let's make everything free, health insurance, college, etc. We'll just make the taxpayers foot the bill. Newsflash you dickhead, we're trillions in debt. Little Susie and Johnnie could have went to a local college, and worked their way through college like many of us had to do. There is no such thing as the college experience. It's the goal of the degree that means something, not parties and posts on social media.
Sorry, I'm just tired of this fucking guy and want him to go away.

AglifterBoth parties are opposed to privately held wealth. Both of them are pretty well dedicated to turning over the US to Wall St, however, the GOP seems to at least understand that Wall St need private companies to develop innovations.

Socialism is a religion to many people.
Once one accepts the tenets of a religion, then facts, rational thinking, and anything else that conflicts with those tenets are dismissed from consideration lest one be accused of heresy. And the older people get the less willing they are to examine their own beliefs. As one of my signature lines puts a quotation by Leo Tolstoy,
“Most men … can seldom accept the simplest and most obvious truth if it … would oblige them to admit the falsity of conclusions … which they have woven, thread by thread, into the fabrics of their lives.”
(None of that is intended to insult other religionists because that has worked for countless people throughout the history of the human species; it’s just the way people are. It’s important when trying to determine what drives socialists, however, to understand that the thought processes are exactly the same. In fact, I believe that the reason so many atheists [but not all of us] are leftists and socialists or unabashed Communists is because they too are looking for a faith system that doesn’t require much thought beyond the acceptance of a few basic beliefs.)
Right on!!!
