Driving eastbound over the I-270 bridge two weeks ago I noticed a wide band of turbulent Mississippi water to my right. It reminded me of tide water meeting river water.
Ideas? Say it ain't so, that it could not have been tidal. Is it shallow, and barges take a detour?
Amended: Driving eastbound over the 270 bridge after a kickass breakfast in Sweet Springs! At the bar on Main Street.
Interesting site. The Texas coast sure has a lot of hammerheads.

Cool.
I just want to know how some SWA flights get to be flying sharks!

Done! But I checked it before posting and my anti-virus said it was clean. Thanks!

you can go int the setting and select a filter so that you can watch military traffic
Sadly very little Military Traffic as warplanes do not use the ADSB system.

you'd be surprised at how much traffic is available

I live near a major USAF B1-B base and a five state exercise area. None of the combat aircraft show period. Friends elsewhere in a similar circumstance report the same. The forums for that site also have comments from users about this as well.

Again you seem to not get it as your sarcastic comment indicates.
Those are NOT military combat aircraft. They are support and logistics military aircraft. Occasionally you'll also see a trainer fighter aircraft but NEVER a B52, B-1B, B2, F14, F15, F16, F18, F22, F35, F117, etc. as they DO NOT operate with ADSB and as such WILL NOT SHOW on that app.
Check for yourself DOD and FAA information about this.

I believe you need remedial reading
read my post carefully
I specifically used the word 'Military'
you even copied it in your response telling me I was wrong
I did not claim it would show combat aircraft although I have watched A10's on it
so perhaps you should do a bit of adjusting

and for the record, look carefully at the three icons around the runway - I've been watching an F16 do pattern work...along with 5 T38's in the area
