Mr. Sinise was a passenger on one of my flights some years ago. He is a VERY humble gentleman.
"If you’re a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones; you take the tough ones too…” – MAJ Richard D. Winters (1918-2011), E Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne
"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24 September 08, 2022, 01:10 PM
jhe888He deserves every word of that praise and more. Cheers.

And thats why what he does is special. He doesn't alert the press for "look at me" moments. He quietly does what he does, helping vets.

MikeGLIBuddy of mine works for a local media outlet. A year or so ago he did a spot with Gary and said the dude couldnt have been a nicer guy. Spent a bunch of time with the crew and was just down to earth.

PrefontaineWhat’s great to me, I mean the contribution and work is not even worth talking about. Speaks for itself. What’s great to me as a cinema buff…the guy is a damn good actor. I could list a dozen films he’s been in where he was truly brilliant. Lieutenant Dan is just 1 of so many. Such a great human being.
What am I doing? I'm talking to an empty telephone
