Nov 20 - apheresis catheter placement
Nov 21 - chemo
Nov 21 thru Dec 2 -neupogen shots at home
Dec 3 thru Dec 7 - apheresis (collection)
Dec 11 - ADMITTED
Dec 11 thru Dec 15 - high dose chemo
Dec 17 - autologous stem cell transplant
Dec 17 thru Jan 7? RECOVERY

Big day tomorrow. I’ll be up at Rush most of the day, some tests and lab work, final meet with the cardio oncologist and stem cell team prior to my admittance a few weeks from today. I’ll be in the hospital over Christmas and the New Year.

Finished a *long* day of tests, labs, Dr visits, and orientation at Rush.

Treated the fam to Giordano’s deep dish.

We are at Rush this week. I was able to collect half the stem cells needed for the upcoming transplant on Dec 17. Tomorrow I hope to collect the rest.

On Dec 11 I will be back here to be admitted. A week of high-dose chemo follows. Should be in the hospital about 3 weeks, then back to outpatient for an additional 3-4 weeks of post-transplant monitoring and care.
