Legalize the Constitution |
I have watched 20 minutes of the program and intend to finish it. Right now, I feel cheated. I have never been to Seattle and have long heard of its beauty. Like San Francisco, I no longer have any desire to visit. We throw around the saying, “Liberalism is a mental disorder,” and nod our heads knowingly. What is happening in places like Seattle screams the fact that there is something wrong, both with those implementing liberal government policies AND with those who keep these people in positions of authority. I really do not understand this at all. _______________________________________________________ despite them

Everyone here already knows all of this. The problem is Seattle is filled with SJWs who won't do what's necessary because it doesn't make them feel good.

I think some of them are starting to wake up. The head tax fight last year was hopefully the beginning of that. If Kshama Sawant gets voted out in the next election then I'll belive things will change, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

The Constable |
As soon as the courts allow minor violations to go unpunished, it goes down hill from there. When Julliani was first Mayor of NYC he turned around the city pretty quickly. He pushed the cops to arrest for all minor violations; urinating in public, small amounts of drugs, etc. Those small arrests often lead to felony arrests for carrying weapons, larger amounts of drugs, etc. Then he pushed the Prosecutors Office to actually dole out jail time. It worked quite well to clean up NYC. Seattle is lost until they get rid of the Libtards.

Bad dog! |
I have a different take. They are cowards. PC rules the city-- and a lot of the state-- and they are afraid to stand up and oppose the Leftist policies that are destroying the once-beautiful city. They don't want to be labeled bigots, and racists. And the favorite for some years now, "haters." They see what's happening. Who could miss it? They see it... and they look away. They change the subject. They cower. ______________________________________________________ "You get much farther with a kind word and a gun than with a kind word alone."

I spent a few minutes looking over the biosketchs of the mayor and her senior staff. Unbelievable that this cabal is running the city that still has the Temple on its city seal. I remember when I heard that SLC fell below 50% LDS, that’s been quite a long time ago now (30 years?). Still, I would never have believed this. _______________________________________________________ despite them

Thank you for posting the video, and I will view it in its entirety at home. It would be awesome if the concerned residents of Seattle passed a law and/or ordinance requiring ALL of the politicians responsible for enabling/creating this fiasco to live in the shit-hole zones they've created until the problem is resolved! __________ "I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal labotomy."

Told cops where to go for over 29 years… |
I grew up in Shoreline, a suburb about 5 miles north of Seattle city limits and 15 miles or so as the crow flies from downtown. As a kid in the 70’s I thought it was great and enjoyed our trips into “the City”. Headed off to the Marines in 1981, returned to the area in 1990 and noticed the shine was gone. Worked for about 10 years in downtown and really had my eyes opened to the stuff that goes on there. Add in almost 27 years of doing the 9-1-1 thing and know what really goes on and you will understand why I know avoid it like the plague. If I have to go into town for any reason now, I “gun up”. Taking a larger higher cap handgun, with an extra mag or two vs my “normal” carry of the P365 and maybe a spare mag. I am proud to say I have never been, and will never be, a Seattle resident. I am about 4 years out from retirement and looking forward to leaving this state as soon as possible. Beautiful, but just can’t stomach the way it is being run into the ground. I am looking forward to watching the piece on my weekend in a few days. Meanwhile here is another example of the utter disregard those “in power” show to their constituents... http://mynorthwest.com/1314461...st-listening-public/">Rantz: Voter delivers devastating takedown of Seattle Council’s disinterest in listening to the public What part of "...Shall not be infringed" don't you understand???

This is just one of the reasons why I decided early on not to retire back to my home state. Seattle has been going down the tubes for a long time. They really need another good fire and start over.. again. "Also I heard the voice of the Lord saying who shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, here am I, send me."

Yeah... Leftist policies are destroying the once-beautiful city. But they are not alone, and they are not even among the worst, at least financially. https://www.truthinaccounting....Cities-Report--1.pdf "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown "The United States government is the largest criminal enterprise on earth." -rduckwor

That's a great video. It's worth the hour of your time. I completed my expense reports while listening in. The property crime statistics are not surprising. Seattle and SF have the highest rates. Are there any surplus military flame throwers in the area? I like the idea of using the empty former military base to house them while the get detox treatment. P229

anyplace you get libtards in power you get destruction and waste doesn't matter the city - I am convinced one of the main reasons that Tucson isn't faring as well as the rest of the country is because Tucson has a libtard socialist government and is grabbed by the balls by the teachers union and others - they've pretty much destroyed any meaningful chance at prosperity when they're doing everything they can to subvert the laws of the US and create yet another sanctuary city the socialist and libtards here are absolutely disgusting [B] Against ALL enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC

I just moved from there and you’re partially correct. Remember this is also a socialistic BS experiment led by Kuntshwama Sawant. Remeber this is the same city that banned brown bag lunches, because somewhere some libtard "read" that you were allowed or disallowed into functions based on the color of your skin compared to a brown bag. I about died laughing when I read this as every racist I have ever met, didn’t need a paper sack to help determine hate. So while you are partially correct, the fact that the SJWs are turning the city to the terrible, isn’t untrue. The capital Olympia is just as bad and is actually the leader of all the issues. It’s just not as noticed because of the smaller population. The “lol” thread
