I have a bottle of cheap assed Clubman Bay Rum aftershave like they used to use in the old time barber shops. When you put it on it makes your face feel like you just set it on fire & the scent goes away in 15 minutes, which is fine with me. I absolutely cannot stand the smell of strong perfume or cologne.

Creed is darn good stuff. I alternate between Imperial, Aventus, Royal Mayfair, Irish Tweed, Cedar, and Viking. Girl I dated called the Aventus the panty dropper. Big Grin

Seriously? That's like $100 per ounce!!

I thought I was getting robbed at $5 a bottle!!!

If I had $400 I'd put it toward my next gun.

4711 the original Eau de Cologne. We were in Cologne, Germany and saw the 4711 Building where it all started. Bought a 1/2 ounce bottle (7 Euros) and my wife bought me the large (33.3 ounces) bottle for when I need a refill!

I also like Joop. Since replaced but one sad day I dropped a 3/4 filled bottle of Joop - 9 months later there is a slight scent of Joop in my garage. (from the broom I used to sweep up the broken glass.

Not a “scent” per say. But I dare anyone to splash some Osage Rub on as an aftershave. Eek

Halston 1-12. Old school, but still smells better than today’s choices that smell mostly like a fruit basket. TJ Maxx or Marshall’s always seem to have at under $10 for a 4.2 oz bottle. Both stores carry a pretty good selection of decent brand names for cheap...worth a look for anyone looking.
