Maybe drill a few cavities into the mating surface of the terracotta for the adhesive to adhere into.

West System six10 epoxy, comes in a caulking tube, mixes at the tip. Ideal for this situation. 5200 would be a second choice, but Six ten more suited for attaching to the terra cotta.

Thank you! I struggle now with what I have to do! Ha, the whole backyard make over started after a wind storm took out the pop up tent we sat out in! Can you say mission creep. Ended up with a 14 x 16 screened in Gazebo and more... And then I moved off and left it!

At $40 a tube it should be, but do you really think this is what the OP needs to stick a piece of PVC pipe to a terracotta pot?

OK, it seems 5200 is the most popular answer but Lowes, Home Depot nor anyone else local has it in stock. Ordered from Amazon.
