Dog Tent ... little guy needs shelter doing his business.
... looking for a small party type tent that is about four to five feet tall and maybe 4ft x 4ft square. Not having any luck so far searching online.

My daughter's little dog, love this boy, but he is a p*ussy (hope this is an okay word) going outside to do his business in the rain.

The little guy has little to no hair on his back so the rain drives him nuts. I go out with an old golf umbrella to give him shelter from the rain.

If we had a small dog party tent as described above this would be perfect.

Thanks (from Studley).

Could be worse if he was a weener dog in the snow

I’m sure something like this would be cheaper. Or this.

You should have seen our weener dog do her business outside with snow and temperatures of near or greater than -50*F (below zero) (interior area of Alaska). Picking up and alternating individual paws till she would lay down on her back with all 4 tootsies in the air like a dead cockroach and start howling which meant she was done and somebody had to go pick her up. ....................drill sgt.

Clark, our 85 lb. hound mix is also a water/rain wimp. We'd need a 4'x4' tent to give him sufficient clearance, but if he has to walk through 1' of drizzle to get to it...

Kids play tent at Walmart, $30. Cut the floor out and you’re good to go

A dog raincoat would protect his back and be cheaper to try than a tent.

Mike's suggestion is perfect.

Of course a cheap $20 dome tent could also be modified quickly.

I purchased a small 3'x6' pop up awning (like an easy up) at Walmart a few years ago for our kitchen area at hunt camp.

Before you raise the legs...it sits about 4' off the ground. Typical 10x10 ez up awning style, just a lot smaller.

It was in the camping aisle at walmart.

Big Lots, Ollies, etc usually carry things like that. Might even find one at a garage sale. Cut the legs to height and you're good to go.

Great ideas, thanks ! I like the small tent idea from Walmart, gonna check that out.

He does have winter and rain coats, but when he needs to go out to do his business he needs to go now and won't wait for a coat.

Yeah, when it comes to water ... Studley identifies as a cat. Water wimp indeed.

Love the pics of the wieners in the snow !

Found this tent online at Walmart. Looks like would work, just need to remove the floor and two door opening flaps. I like the idea of the instant pop-up for can take down when no rain.

I can't judge. I snowblow a place for our mini dachshund to do her business in the winter time.

Our pup dislikes rain as well. We tried the little doggie rain coats, and although that helps a lot, his face and neck get rained on and of course his feet if we can manage to get him to actually go on the wet grass. I've given up and just let him go on an artificial grass mat under our patio cover and then just hose it off.

Yah, A pup tent used as a poop tent should do the job.

When it snows here, and we do get some each year but not a lot, I use a leaf blower or broom to move the snow out of the way. Studley does not mind the snow at all ... just the rain.

The 10x10 party tent is too big for where we want to put it. Wished be had a patio cover as thought the artificial grass is a good idea.
