Can anyone identify this tool?
I picked this multi-tool up a while back and it seems to me to be purpose built for a weapon or? I appreciate any help identifying it.

I should have googled it before posting. It was easy to find. I have no need for it, but want one anyway.
I do not know if it would be a violation to post a link, so I won't. But they were easy to find but with about a $50.00 variation in price.
