Who was it that wandered through here and stole the man cards?

Lord above, it is just a kitchen tool. I don't remember the first the ex brought much less what was cooked in it.
New wife now...new microwave. She knows which button to push for whatever she wants and I'm happy. Much happier than the day the old one died. Ex's sister caught it on fire. No clue how; I got home and they'd got it out the back door and it was flaming away. Both of them were screaming and crying.

Never a dull moment...

Darn, thought this thread, would have more tactical tips and suggestions.

I was really hoping there would be at least one link on how to turn an old microwave into a directed EMP cannon. There are a couple of local car stereos that really need to be nuked.

I like to warm cold (motor, cooking, whatever) oil in the winter so it will pour, and destroying data on DC/DVDs.

Remember our first one as a kid, and the outline of my sister on the wall in egg when she tried cooking one in the shell in some upright holder. Apparently it exploded when she touched it when it was done.

It's really impressive - don't-try-this-at-home impressive - when you do this with an ostrich egg, which is the size of a grapefruit and has a shell 10 times thicker than a chicken egg.

Here’s a tip for you.
Don’t mistakenly turn on ‘timed cooking’ without anything in the microwave when you meant to set the timer to time something else. It burns out the magnetron. I did that about 4 months ago to my awesome GE microwave. Our new one is nice but the build quality seems a bit off.

GE sold off the appliance division a while ago.
