As stated in the title, looking for some recommendations on something that would fit the bill and are good quality.

Thanks in advance

ETA: thanks for the feedback so far, guess I was wondering if there was a Li-Ion 1.5V option vs something like NiMh

Could you be more specific? Are you looking for 1.5v batteries in AA size or Li-Ion 3.7v batteries?

Rechargeable implies lithium ion with a max charge to 4.2V. 1.5V batteries are lithium and not rechargeable. Tenergy might be a good place to start. I’ve had good luck with all their chemistry types. Fenix and Nitecore flashlight manufacturers also make quality cells for a little more money. Beware batteries from Chinese wholesale sights like temu or Deal Extreme. Stick to quality manufacturers.

yes, however there are a number of Li-ion AA sized cells which recharge with a USB connector, and they have a small voltage regulator to bring them down to 1.5V.

This is actually fairly common now and they work well since they tend to be exactly 1.5V for most of their cycle until they go dead.

that said, I still use NiMH since it doesn't matter for my stuff and I'm cheap.

I use Kentli rechargeables in my thermal NV scope.

They have been flawless.

^^^
I suppose the OP needs to update with voltage needs. And ni-mh have better power density (mAh), so being cheaper isn’t necessarily a bad thing Big Grin
