I have been a choral conductor for the past 40 years. It is the responsibility of each individual player or singer to be with the conductor AT ALL TIMES. As long as this is the case, it doesn't matter if you are conducting 10 people or a 1,000 people. If this is not the case, then the conductor stops and yells at whoever is not with the conductor. Smile
