Nah. Doesn't bother me nor should it bother others. Fairly common practice that more pays homage than anything. Example: Chris Reeves Green Beret Knife given to Special Forces passing the course (no idea if they still do this). Basicall the same knife if sold commercially. Enjoy it. Very clean looking watch.
