Since the American left is so down with the injustices done to and ethnic replacement of indigenous people, I'm sure they will be having riots in support of Englishmen soon.

While I do never liked the British royal family, I see no Easter statement this year as a capitulation, or surrender, to the Islamization of the UK. To be honest, I am stunned--I never expected to see this in my lifetime. This should be a wakeup call to other Christian countries, including the United States.

One of the king’s titles is “Defender of the faith.” Even I would argue that making a statement on appropriate occasions to demonstrate that is something to be expected if one is going to accept the crown at all. I enjoyed my visits to the UK, but cannot imagine going there now.

It’s understood that GB has gone down the toilet, but let’s not fan the flame where there’s really nothing there. “OMG! King Charles will have no Easter message this year. Further proof that he’s a closeted Muslim”. Typical goddamn clickbait garbage.
Just do a quick online query, “Did the Queen or King of England have Easter message each year?” and the truth is nowhere near earth shattering as they made it out to be. No, not even close.
Here’s what Grok has to say:
quote:
No, the Queen or King of England (the British monarch) does not traditionally deliver an Easter message each year.
The annual televised or broadcast Christmas message is the long-standing tradition (started by King George V in 1932 and continued by every monarch since). Easter messages are not an annual custom.
Queen Elizabeth II • In her 70-year reign (1952–2022), she delivered only one Easter message. • It was an audio message recorded at Windsor Castle in April 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on hope, light overcoming darkness, and the importance of staying apart to stay safe. She otherwise observed Easter privately (often at St George’s Chapel, Windsor) and performed duties like the Maundy Service without issuing a public Easter statement.
King Charles III • He has issued occasional Easter-related messages (e.g., one in 2025), but not every year. • In 2026, Buckingham Palace explicitly confirmed he would not issue an Easter message. It is not treated as an annual tradition like Christmas.
In short, while monarchs (as Supreme Governor of the Church of England) sometimes mark Easter with statements during special circumstances, there is no yearly Easter message equivalent to the Christmas one.
King Charles III took the reign in September 2022 and only delivered one Easter message, in 2025. Where was the outrage in 2023 and 2024?
Oh btw look! Queen Elizabeth II must also be a closeted Muslim.

The king has noted Ramadan and Eid in recent years and with things getting increasingly contentious, acknowledgement of Britain's Christian roots would have been welcome by the reported seventy per cent who want a slowdown in unchecked immigration.
Of course some will baselessly claim the king is a closeted Muslim. That's not the point. His abandonment of his country's history and tradition has not gone unnoticed.
BTW Austria's President claimed recently that the day will come when all women will wear burka's. Euros are freaking out and see the lack of support from their leaders. If it isn't all out submission yet, I'm sure you'll agree they have a lot to be troubled by.

Mind pointing out how he has abandoned his country's history and tradition? Serious question.

^^^ Bold statement not only taken out of context, suggesting there will be a future policy or law, but it's nothing "recent" but was made 9 years ago, in 2017. The statement was made in response to a student's question. This is the full statement, “It is every woman’s right to always dress how she wants, that is my opinion on the matter,”...
“And it is not only Muslim women, all women can wear a headscarf, and if this real and rampant Islamaphobia continues, there will come a day where we must ask all women to wear a headscarf – all – out of solidarity to those who do it for religious reasons.” Of course, it's a stupid statement (regarding the solidarity) from a politician, but it's not as ominous as you made it out to be, imo. If you read the linked article, the President also 'would like to see Muslim representatives in Austria make “clearer statements” emphasising that the atrocities could not be justified within Islam, following Isis-linked terror attacks across Europe'.
Btw, he was referring to the hijab (headscarf), not burqa. Big difference. And the burqa has been banned in Austria since 2017.

I noted in the "americanthinker.com piece the citation of Daniel Pipes who is a well-known and reputable historian who is not casually given to making comments. Charles has always struck me as a weak individual so no surprised if he is a "convert" on some level. Again, the once Christian Kingdom of Great Britain is in transition to something else. James Woods: Britain Disarmed Its People, Now It’s ‘Standing on the Edge of the Islamist Abyss’
Actor James Woods used a Sunday night X post to note that Britain went-all in on disarming its people in the late 20th century and now is “standing on the edge of the Islamist abyss.”
Woods wrote, “Our friends, the Brits, went from relinquishing their right to bear arms in 1997 to standing on the edge of the Islamist abyss today.”
On September 24, 2024, Breitbart News observed that gun control in Britain was instituted in stages, beginning just after World War I and continuing in a reactionary fashion with increasing strictness through the 1990s.
The final phase of the controls was implemented via the Firearm Act of 1997, which was adopted after a man attacked an elementary school in Dunblane, Scotland, using legally-owned guns. The Firearm Act of 1997 virtually ended handgun ownership and made the acquisition of a certificate to possess a long gun an onerous and time-consuming one.
One immediate result was skyrocketing violent crime. By 2009, twelve years after the Firearms Act of 1997 was passed, Daily Mail Online reported that Britain was “the most violent country in Europe.” They also reported that Britain’s home figures showed “the UK [had] a worse rate for all types of violence than the U.S. and South Africa.”
In addition to violence, Britain’s post-disarmament era has also opened the door to a societal suicide James Woods described as “the Islamist abyss.”
Writing in The Spectator on December 22, 2025, Ed Husain wrote on the Islamist threat to Britain’s future but did so from “abroad” because of the danger he no longer felt safe Britain. His article began:
I am writing this article from abroad because I do not currently feel safe in Britain, the country of my birth and where I grew up. Why? Because I have written books and articles exposing and warning about the danger of Islamism in the UK.
I am not alone in feeling threatened. Many of our media organizations, universities, charities, government departments and judges live in fear of offending an extremist underworld, which has been strengthened by the disaster of the Israel-Gaza war. The Bondi beach attack is only its latest manifestation.
On September 7, 2024, the Hoover Institution observed, “The cultural carapace of Britishness, which has served as an umbrella term to bind together the four indigenous nations of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland as well as immigrant ethnic groups, is breaking apart under the pressure of economic inequality, mass immigration, and radical Islam.”
James Woods used the latter portion of his Sunday night X post to urged Americans to use the British example to remind ourselves of why our Founding Fathers hedged in the right to keep and bear arms.
Woods wrote, “Our Second Amendment is not about the right to go duck hunting, folks. It’s about keeping power in the hands of The People.”

I read today that Britains welfare budget has finally exceeded their tax income.
The future will be interesting.

^^^ Britain’s welfare bill overtakes income tax revenue amid Labour stance
The UK’s welfare bill reached £333bn last year, surpassing the £331bn raised from income tax, according to the OBR. Projections suggest welfare costs will keep climbing, with Labour facing criticism for prioritising welfare spending despite low labour participation rates. Economists warn this could trap the economy in a cycle of rising taxes, higher debt and slower growth without meaningful reform.
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown
